How does Variety support kids?

Variety – the Children’s Charity supports kids and families who are facing illness, experiencing disadvantage, or living with disability and are at risk of falling through the gaps.

How big is the box?

The box for a small jigsaw puzzle is 315mm wide, 210mm deep and 70mm tall.

The box for a large jigsaw puzzle is 440mm wide, 300mm deep and 70mm tall.

What is the box made from?

High quality cardboard.

What are the puzzle pieces made from?

Highly durable PVC with a dense foam backing.

How long will it take until I receive it?

We ship within 48 hours of receiving your order. Australia post times vary, however it should arrive within 9 business days from the shipment date.

Do I get a receipt?

Yes, you will receive an order ID and we email and post the receipt.

My box is damaged on arrival, what do I do?

If your puzzle has been damaged in transit, take some photo's of the damage and email us at jigsawpuzzles@dmtas.com.au with your name and address and we will reproduce it for you.
